Rom serves as the Virtual Administrative Assistant and Community Relations Representative for The Howland Agency in Northern and Southern California, where she acts as the vital link between internal operations and the local community. With a dual focus on operational excellence and public outreach, she ensures the agency runs smoothly while maintaining a high-visibility presence in the neighborhoods they serve.
In her administrative capacity, Rom manages high-level office coordination, including client communications, scheduling, and document management.
